Why do I give away leads? It is the right thing to do. Allow me to explain a bit. I am a career development speaker to the college market. After making a name for myself and winning the respect of various decision makers with the quality of my college programs, the meeting planners would ask me to recommend other speakers in areas that were not my specialty. For example, planners would ask me for a woman’s leadership speaker or a diversity trainer and I would recommend trusted professionals in my network. Then I realized that I could give away leads on a BIGGER scale. Now, that is exactly, what I do. EVERY WEEK I give away professional speaking leads.
